RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

  1. Poor quality Good is a good that does not meet the characteristics specified in the description of the product provided in the e-shop and has physical defects that make it impossible to use the product for its intended purpose.
  2. It is possible to exchange or return purchased Goods within 14 calendar days (applicable to consumers only) or within 30 calendar days (for legal entities only).
  3. If you received the defected Goods, please contact us immediately info@amberheart.eu and complete a return form here. Please provide with detailed description of the defect, indicate the time and circumstances in which the defect has been detected, attach pictures and other related information.
  4. The returned Goods must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging, with tags/labels, and be of merchantable quality. Returned Goods must be carefully packed to prevent damage during transportation.
  5. The Goods must be returned to the Seller at Kaunas 39th Post Office Islandijos pl. 32, 47483 Kaunas, Lithuania. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  6. The Seller has the right not to accept the exchanged or returned Goods if it was used, without labels or damaged, or expired the exchange / return period.
