We offer a WORLDWIDE DELIVERY to our customers.

After the order is placed and paid for, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

If the products ordered are in stock, the dispatch time is generally 48 hours.

If the products are not in stock the manufacturing time is 1-3 weeks.

Please note that all delivery or collection times are set as estimates.

Worldwide Lithuanian Post delivery usually takes 14 – 40 working days, sometimes it can take up to 60 working days, depending on location.

Each package is registered with the unique ID. You can check the delivery status by entering a tracking number in the service provider’s system.

IMPORTANT

The seller is not responsible for the delay of the parcel.

We always strive to deliver orders as soon as possible but sometimes deliveries may take longer due to high volume of orders.

Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These fees must be paid by the recipient.

On delivery, please check that the package is not damaged or wet or tampered with in any way. Any damage in the packaging and/or Product should be immediately notified by indicating in writing on the courier’s delivery documents and by emailing at info@amberheart.eu
